There will also be time in conjunction with each agenda item for public comment relating to that item but you may only speak once per topic. Please note, the City Commission cannot take action on any item which does not appear on the agenda. All persons addressing the City Commission shall speak in a civil and courteous manner and members of the audience shall be respectful of others. Please state your name, and state whether you are a resident of the city or a property owner within the city in an audible tone of voice for the record and limit your comments to three minutes.

I.1  Review and Consider the Boutique Hotel, Located at 240 E. Mendenhall Street, Site Plan and Commercial Certificate of Appropriateness with a Deviation Application, Application 24147 (Quasi Judicial)(Krueger)

 

Having reviewed and considered the application materials, public comment, and all the information presented, I hereby adopt the staff findings as presented in the staff report for application 24147 that the application does meet the criteria required for approval and move to approve with conditions the Boutique Hotel application for the deviation requested to allow for encroachment of open space hardscaping, a 4-foot awning, and supporting utility infrastructure into the 35-foot watercourse setback.

I.2  Unified Development Code (UDC) Update Supplemental Engagement Phase 2 Report and Next Steps (Work Session)(Saunders/George)
